Job Description

We are looking for a Emulate3D Consultant to lead simulation and digital twin programs across global manufacturing projects. You will demand deep technical expertise and experience with mentoring teams. You will collaborate with regional team members (especially in the US and Europe), guide project execution, and help scale our Emulate3D competency across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Emulate3D simulation models for automation, and digital twin projects using Emulate3D (or equivalent software like Sim3D/Demo3D). This includes Modeling material handling equipment such as conveyors, robotic arms, sensors, and actuators.
• Integrate emulation software with soft and physical controllers (PLCs like Siemens, Rockwell etc.) and external software logic.
• Collaborate with global teams to design solutions and ensure successful deployment.
• Mentor other consultants and engineers.
• Deliver workshops and onboarding sessions for team.
• Contribute to internal capability building through documentation, training sessions and reusable assets.
• Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and reusable simulation libraries.
   

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Emulate3D, including model development and integration.
• Strong understanding of control systems, industrial automation, PLC programming, and material handling systems.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation ecosystem (FactoryTalk, Studio 5000, PlantPAx)
• Exposure to robotics integration.
• Experience in cloud deployment of digital twins (Azure, AWS).
• Experience delivering simulation solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Experience leading technical teams is a strong plus.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Proficiency in C# is often required, with experience in other languages like Python, Java, or .NET
• Experience in digital transformation projects within CPG, automotive, or logistics industries.
• Knowledge of MES/ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with IoT platforms and Industry 4.0 technologies.
