Open Positions:

Sr. Website Developer

Job Responsibilities – Web Developer

Develop & Maintain Websites

Build, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites, including theme and plugin development.

Custom PHP Functionality

Write clean, secure, and efficient PHP code to create custom features, integrations, and back-end logic.

Theme & Plugin Customization

Modify existing WordPress themes and plugins or create new ones to meet project requirements.

Front-End Implementation

Convert UI/UX designs into functional websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Reactjs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Database & API Integration

Work with MySQL databases and integrate third-party APIs to extend site functionality.

Performance Optimization

Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO best practices, and mobile responsiveness.

Security & Maintenance

Implement best practices for WordPress security, regular updates, and troubleshooting of bugs or vulnerabilities.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with designers, project managers, and content teams; document code, processes, and technical specifications.

Version Control

Use Git or other version control tools for collaborative development and code reviews.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3–6 years in web development with a strong focus on WordPress and PHP.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Bootstrap.
  • Strong understanding of custom WordPress theme & plugin development.
  • Familiarity with modern build tools (e.g., npm, Webpack) and debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
