We are looking for a Software Developer Manager having 5+ years of experience as Senior Development Manager to join our Hyderabad team and contribute to our cutting-edge government solutions. The ideal candidate will be with strong problem-solving abilities and Team handling skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training, and managing software engineers and developers.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.
  • Defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Developing project plans and managing budgets.
  • Acting as a liaison between the development team and senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong knowledge of ASP NET, NET Core
  • The candidate will have strong expertise in .NET development, front-end technologies like React.
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, React, and related technologies.
  • Communicating project status updates and addressing issues effectively.
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Be a team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions for local governments.
  • Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and assist in application performance tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech/M.Tech
  • 5+ years of experience as Senior Development Manager
  • Expertise in , MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI module development and machine learning integration.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and serveries computing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
