Job Description:

We have an opening for the MEP Design Engineer for a reputed company in the Real Estate Developer Industry for Pune Location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for new buildings.
  • Reviewing and analyzing the specifications and designs of a building's MEP systems
  • Collaborating with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design
  • Ensuring the designed systems meet all safety and performance requirements
  • Using CAD or other design software to create detailed MEP system plans and diagrams
  • Performing system calculations and preparing specifications, reports, and other documentation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the MEP systems during design of the building.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in MEP engineering to continuously improve system efficiency and sustainability
  • Knowledge of NBC requirements for building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report
  • Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
  • Air and Water Consent to Operate (CTO)
  • Hazardous Waste Management Plan
  • Noise Pollution Control Plan
  • Worked on Project/Design 20,000 sq m

Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
