Our Talent Acquisition team is a diverse group of full-cycle recruiters based across the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, and India. As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping Tide's talent landscape, owning the recruitment lifecycle end to end. No two days will look the same — you'll balance strategic talent planning with hands-on execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Success in this role requires agility, ownership, and a passion for creating impact. You'll have the freedom to innovate, influence Tide's hiring strategy, and redefine how we attract exceptional talent.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs Senior Talent Partner, you will:
- Manage end to end recruitment for corporate functions and leadership roles, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent across multiple channels.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate capabilities, mitigate bias, and guide hiring managers toward sound, data informed decisions.
- Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate recruitment reporting.
- Analyse pipeline data and hiring metrics to identify trends, optimise sourcing strategies, and influence decision-making.
- Leverage data to further optimize Tide's hiring practices with candidate experience in mind
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering collaboration in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
- Champion Tide's employer brand by delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- 5+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally with both agency and in-house experience.
- A proven record of success hiring for corporate or enablement roles in high growth, fast scaling organisations.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the corporate talent landscape.
- Advanced sourcing expertise across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, professional communities, and industry events.
- Ability to build, manage, and forecast robust recruitment pipelines.
- Demonstrated consistency in achieving hiring targets while upholding quality and candidate experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, prioritise, and navigate complex situations.
- A data driven approach to recruitment, with experience in generating insights from hiring metrics.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to thrive amid change.
- Experience in recruiting across international markets, particularly the UK and Europe, is a strong advantage.
