Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Information Technology Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of IT operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and services, aligning technology with business goals. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, operational excellence, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT Operations team responsible for infrastructure, network, data centers, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
  • Develop and implement IT operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services through proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT operations, automate processes, and reduce costs.
  • Oversee IT service management (ITSM) including change management, problem management, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring preparedness and regular testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as ITIL Expert, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Experience leading digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
