Role Overview

As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and editing content across digital, print, and video platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and the marketing team to ensure all communication reflects the brand's voice while engaging diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and write compelling content for social media campaigns, websites, blogs, emailers, annual reports, documentation, and digital ads.
  • Create scripts for promotional videos, CSR films, and campaign storytelling.
  • Research industry trends, brand positioning, and audience insights to craft relevant content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all channels.
  • Work with design and digital teams to translate ideas into engaging, shareable communication.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
  • Assist in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas for campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of English and Hindi, with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Creative flair to craft engaging, concise, and impactful messages.
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and formats (for example, social media vs. formal corporate communication).
  • Familiarity with digital and social media trends.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in content writing, digital marketing, or media.
  • Freshers with a strong portfolio of writing samples are encouraged to apply.
