Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and building long-term relationships with both plaintiffs and law firms. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, negotiating agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with the legal and funding teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs while maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in client relationship management, business development, and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales strategy development and execution expertise
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai
  • Familiarity with the legal or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
