Position Summary:

As a BDE, you'll help Oaks Overseas grow by finding new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our overseas education services. Your role is key to expanding our reach and supporting students in their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential students, partners, and institutions.
  • Present services, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and report progress to the team.
  • Represent Oaks Overseas at events, fairs, and webinars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in sales or business development (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the education field.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
