Job Description – Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Officer

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Position: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Officer

Experience Required: 4–5 years

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with Accounting specialization OR CA Intermediate / equivalent professional accounting course

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Accounts Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly GST and TDS payments, filings, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and ensure compliance with

applicable laws.

  • Handle accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and finalization of books.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory reports to SEBI and stock

exchanges.

  • Coordinate and support SEBI/Exchange inspections and respond to compliance

queries.

  • Work closely with auditors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth

financial reporting.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial reporting and tax matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance (preferably

in financial services / broking industry).

  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, audit and financial reporting.
  • Experience in book finalization and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with SEBI/Exchange compliances will be an added advantage (can be

learned on the job).

  • Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with distinction OR CA Intermediate cleared (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet strict deadlines.
