Daily checklist, Log books, SOP's, 52-week schedules, consumption tracker are followed and maintained at site.To ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene at all the common areas that includes Lift lobbies, washrooms, utility areas, floor landings, basements, Gym Garden area and terrace.Assigns team members their duties, and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.Schedules: daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly and other periodic major cleaning projects including carpet shampooing, cleaning of walls and baseboards, cleaning of windows, elevator doors, Basements etc.Developing and following of customized security manual comprising the information on - personal grooming, discipline, integrity, Patrol habits, Lost and found, Uniform, Roles & Responsibilities, evacuation information, Material movement process, Incident reporting, etc.,Periodic Training to the ERT to make prepared for handling any emergency at any point of time.Planning and execution of Fire evacuation drill twice a year form authorized agencyTo Ensure safe, having less toxic disinfectants, Insecticides and pesticides are used to keep the premises free from rodents, fly's, mosquito, Honey bees and reptiles are controlledImplementation of incident management system and training imparted to the team member to follow the timelines for reporting the followingIncident reporting through SMS or single line mailer.Incident report submission within 8 hours.Incident report including RCA and corrective action within 48 hours.Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
