We have opened a new studio office in Chandigarh i.e.
vR Studios
, specializing in
Music Production, Music Videos, Pre-Wedding Shoots, and Wedding Photography
. To expand our reach, we are looking for a
Sales & Marketing Specialist
who can connect with potential leads, build strong relationships, and convert them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, and networking.
  • Pitch our services to artists, couples, and brands effectively.
  • Convert leads into clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to align client needs with services.
  • Manage client communication from the first meeting to project delivery.
  • Assist in running digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain records of leads, sales, and conversion performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (media/creative industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the creative industry.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
