The Role

We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Executive
who doesn't just see leads, but sees possibilities. Someone who thrives on turning inquiries into loyal customers, optimizing online presence, and creating a ripple effect of satisfaction and trust. What You'll Do

  • Be the primary driver of lead generation & conversion via IndiaMART and other B2B channels — from first hello to final handshake.
  • Craft product listings that captivate: optimized content, compelling visuals, strategic pricing.
  • Engage prospects skillfully — respond to inquiries, follow up with finesse, address concerns, and seal the deal.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and glowing feedback.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to align campaigns, streamline processes, and elevate the customer journey.
  • Monitor metrics: track leads, conversion rates, client satisfaction, and identify areas to improve and grow.
  • Be the voice of our customers — gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure their experience with us is nothing short of excellent.


You Bring To The Table

  • A proven track-record of turning leads into sales, ideally via IndiaMART or similar marketplaces.
  • Outstanding communication & negotiation skills — you speak with clarity, persuade with integrity.
  • Experience using MS Office & CRM tools, comfortable maintaining sales pipelines, dashboards, etc.
  • A self-starter attitude — you set goals, meet them, and raise the bar when needed.
  • Excellent time management & multitasking skills — managing multiple leads/clients without dropping the ball.
  • Bonus points if you have: listing optimization / SEO know-how, experience in cold-calling + email outreach, local knowledge of [Preferred Location], or familiarity with B2B client expectations.
