Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a MongoDB / MySQL Architect. The architect will design, develop, and implement efficient database architectures for large-scale applications. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, managing data migration strategies, and troubleshooting database-related issues. The role requires overseeing performance optimization and ensuring database systems align with organizational goals. The individual will also provide input for database-related project management and assist in decision-making processes for scalability and security enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on MongoDB and MySQL databases
  • Proficient in Software Development and Integration for large-scale data systems
  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management related to database design and implementation
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001, is beneficial
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience working in high-demand sectors like FinTech, HealthTech, or cloud-based systems is an advantage
