Location: Intersoft Data Labs – Gurugram Development Centre

Working Hours: Must overlap till 1:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time)

Role Overview

Intersoft is seeking a Technical Architect (Full Stack) to lead solution design and development across multiple enterprise-grade applications built on Java, Front-end, and SQL technologies. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect, guide, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.

Collaborate closely with U.S. based product owners, architects, and delivery managers, ensuring optimal overlap with the CST time zone to drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement end-to-end architecture for web, API, and data-driven solutions using Java (Spring Boot), React/Angular, and SQL.
  • Partner with onshore architects and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
  • Lead architecture and design reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices across multiple agile teams.
  • Evaluate and integrate cloud-native services, third-party APIs, and automation frameworks to enhance system capabilities.
  • Oversee performance optimization, security, and scalability across distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Cloud teams to support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and automated testing.
  • Mentor and guide developers and technical leads on architecture principles, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to proposal responses, estimations, and solution documentation for ongoing and new client engagements.
  • Ensure high availability, maintainability, and performance of solutions across the Java / Front-end / SQL tech stack.

Technical Skills Required

Backend:

  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in multi-threading, asynchronous processing, and security implementation (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)
  • Exposure to API Gateway and integration patterns

Frontend:

  • Strong proficiency in or Angular
  • Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material UI, Bootstrap
  • Experience implementing responsive design and WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance

Database:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) – queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, optimization, and schema design

Cloud & DevOps:

  • Experience with AWS cloud platform
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Exposure to application performance monitoring and logging tools

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for working with global stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Proven ability to manage remote and cross-functional collaboration across time zones
  • Must be able to communicate with Senior Management and C-level stakeholders

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with micro frontends, modular architecture, or headless CMS
  • Knowledge of AI/ML model integration or data-driven analytics solutions
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or event-driven architecture
