About the Role:

We are looking for a
dynamic and persuasive Tele calling Executive
to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves engaging potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing, we'd love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Website Development, etc.)

Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

Explain service offerings and benefits clearly to prospective clients.

Schedule appointments/meetings for the Business Development team.

Maintain and update the CRM with all lead interactions and status.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in
Hindi & English
.

Strong understanding of digital marketing basics (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.) – added advantage.

Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into opportunities.

Basic knowledge of
CRM tools
and MS Office.


Minimum Experience:
6 months – 2 years in tele calling / telesales (Digital Marketing preferred).


Education:
Graduate in any field.
