Primary Responsibilities:

  • Calculate RM requirement / BOM and Routing creation in SAP
  • Process Optimization Reduction in rejection % and Cycle time of the machining process
  • Can be read drawing & Identify critical dimension which can't be met / alternative method
  • Selection of cutting tools & holders
  • Able to guide the Jig & Fixture designers & SMED concept to meet the Design cycle time
  • Can be established the Visual Quality / Rework process
  • Can be prepared Doc. Like PFD / CP / PFMEA & Check sheet
  • Sound Knowledge in FANUC programming control system & review of CAM program simulations, and guide the tooling selection
  • Preparation of setup sheet & Execute the setup changes for the new product Verify & validate the setup changes by Operator's
  • Cable of training associates
  • Following up with vendors for manufacturing Jig & fixtures

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse production team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent
  • Minimum years of proven experience in Production Management.
