What You'll Do:

  • Guide students through their study abroad journey with personalized program recommendations.
  • Research and update global university programs, courses, fees, deadlines, and admission criteria.
  • Maintain accurate program information across platforms and website.
  • Assist with application processing, document verification, and end-to-end admission support.
  • Respond to student queries and provide clear, actionable advice.
  • Stay on top of international education trends, scholarships, and admission policies.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in admission counselling, student support, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and study abroad processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, online tools, and university portals.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
  • Passionate about helping students achieve their global education goals.
