Sales Executive – Lead Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to convert company-generated leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining the value of the leads, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with potential clients using the leads generated by the company.
- Present and promote the benefits of purchasing verified and high-quality leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable lead packages or subscription plans.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat sales and referrals.
- Handle client queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Record and update all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing and data teams to share client feedback and improve lead quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development (experience in lead selling, real estate, or digital marketing preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling leads, data packages, or marketing solutions.
- Exposure to industries like real estate, finance, education, or digital services.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
- Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Additional benefits as per company policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
