  • Documentation and record-keeping:
  • Maintain and control the organization's quality management system documentation.
  • Ensure documents are current, authorized, and properly stored.
  • Manage master lists of documents and records.
  • Audits and compliance:
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Address audit queries and help implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, such as ISO, and regulatory requirements.
  • Change and deviation management:
  • Handle change control processes, including coordinating with other departments for review and approval.
  • Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and market complaints.
  • Track, monitor, and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Continuous improvement:
  • Support risk management processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of processes.
  • Training and support:
  • Assist with training staff on quality procedures and promoting a quality-focused culture.
  • Help supervise and control workmen in their designated areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
