Role Objective

Lead and centrally manage Administration, Camp Operations, Security, Mess, and Facility Services across multiple highway and Railways projects locations with strong field supervision and service quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Central Administration Leadership

  • Lead the administration function across multiple project sites
  • Develop uniform SOPs for camp, admin, mess, and security services
  • Ensure smooth functioning of administrative services across locations

Camp & Accommodation Management

  • Oversee camp establishment, mobilization & demobilization
  • Ensure proper accommodation planning, hygiene, utilities & housekeeping
  • Review occupancy and manpower allocation on regular basis

Canteen / Mess Operations

  • Control food quality, hygiene standards and consumption monitoring
  • Coordinate centrally with mess vendors and onsite admin team
  • Approve meal plans, menu and monthly MIS

Security Services Management

  • Supervise security agency deployment across all projects
  • Review security manpower, deployment rosters and incident reporting
  • Conduct periodic security audits and compliance checks

Facility & Site Infrastructure Maintenance

  • Ensure maintenance, repair and upkeep of camps and admin facilities
  • Monitor utilities (water, power, sanitation, equipment)
  • Implement cost control and operational efficiency measures

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify, negotiate and finalize vendors
  • Prepare and review service contracts
  • Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and service benchmarks

Team Leadership

  • Guide and supervise site administrative teams
  • Ensure training, discipline, reporting and manpower availability

Travel

  • Extensive travel across PAN India project locations
  • Conduct audits, inspections and operational reviews
  • Support new project mobilization and camp setup

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1518 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Highway / Infrastructure / EPC Projects preferred
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation ability
  • Willing for extensive travel & remote site responsibilities
