Role Description

We are hiring for Junior Accountant and Senior Accountant positions at our Mumbai office (on-site). The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, salary processing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and assisting with audits and budgeting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting entries in Tally and Zoho Books
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
  • Process monthly payroll/salary in coordination with HR
  • Maintain vendor and customer accounts (AP/AR)
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting tasks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of GST, Tally 7, and Zoho Books
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll process
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
