We are now seeking a skilled
Web Server & CMS Administrator
to help us streamline, optimize, and enhance our digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain 55+ websites across
    WordPress and Drupal
    platforms.
  • Oversee
    server administration
    (Apache, PHP 7, CentOS, Linode VPS) including uptime, monitoring, SSL (Let's Encrypt), and backups.
  • Handle
    CMS upgrades, patching, and security updates
    without breaking site dependencies.
  • Improve
    Drupal-based sites
    visually and functionally, ensuring modern, professional presentation.
  • Support
    Vtiger CRM and WebERP integrations
    with websites.
  • Optimize server performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and maintained across sites.
  • Assist with
    migration/consolidation projects
    to streamline hosting and reduce overhead.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing
    Drupal (any version)
    and
    WordPress
    websites.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Linux servers (CentOS/Ubuntu), Apache, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Vtiger CRM
    and
    WebERP
    .
  • Familiarity with
    server backups
    (Synology/rsync preferred) and SSL certificate management.
  • Solid understanding of
    SEO fundamentals
    (on-page optimization, technical SEO).
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and deliver improvements without constant supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Docker or containerization knowledge (for isolated Drupal/legacy sites).
  • Cloud/CDN experience (Linode, Cloudflare, AWS).
  • Security hardening and DevOps best practices.
