Role Analyst / Senior Analyst / Consultant / Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and support internal audit and risk advisory engagements across varied industries.
  • Assist or lead in the planning, execution, and reporting of audit assignments within set timelines.
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement; propose practical solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather, analyze, and validate data required for the audit process.
  • Prepare audit reports and contribute to discussions on key findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, procedures, and internal standards.
  • Mentor and guide article trainees or junior team members, promoting learning and professional growth.
  • Demonstrate and develop strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain consistent quality in deliverables and build long-term, trusted client relationships.
  • Be flexible to travel for client assignments, both within and outside the city.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications:

  • Analyst / Sr. Analyst: Pursuing or recently qualified CA / equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Consultant / Sr. Consultant: Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or Consulting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Understanding or experience in internal audits, operational reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Strong communication skills — ability to convey findings clearly and professionally.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities (for Consultant level and above).
  • Adaptable to diverse industries, work environments, and travel requirements.
