Job Description – Sales Executive (Jewellery)

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Kattappana, Nedumkandam, Cheruthoni,Rajakkad and Adimaly Department: Sales & Customer Service

Industry: Jewellery Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences and budget.
• Explain product details, purity, weight, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers clearly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery in showcases.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and service.
• Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Plus Two / Degree (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in jewellery retail sales preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of local language (Malayalam) is essential.

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
