- Sales Executive Jewellery Position Sales Executive Location Kattappana Nedumkandam Cheruthoni Rajakkad and Adimaly Department Sales Customer Service Industry Jewellery Retail Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences and budget Explain product details purity weight pricing and ongoing offers to customers clearly Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery in showcases Handle customer queries complaints and provide excellent after-sales service Maintain strong product knowledge of gold diamond silver and other jewellery collections Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and service Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations Requirements Qualification Plus Two Degree any discipline Experience Minimum 1-2 years in jewellery retail sales preferred Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals Knowledge of local language Malayalam is essential Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
