Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Strategist located at our Corporate Office in Kolkata. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance the company's market presence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, managing branding initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. The role involves creating brand development plans, monitoring brand performance, and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.

As part of our core marketing team, you'll shape how consumers see, feel, and connect with the brand — from campaign strategy to community engagement.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

What You'll Do ?

*Develop and execute 360° brand and marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.

*Conduct market and consumer insight analysis to inform campaigns and product positioning.

*Build a consistent brand identity and storytelling voice across all touchpoints.

*Plan and manage influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, and digital marketing campaigns.

*Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, engagement, retention) and optimize performance.

*Collaborate with product, creative, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.

*Identify innovative opportunities to grow brand awareness and loyalty.

What We're Looking For ?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, D2C marketing, or digital growth, ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness.

Strong understanding of D2C funnels, consumer behavior, and content marketing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and CRM tools.

Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.

Passion for skincare and emerging beauty trends.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
