We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Additionally, they will play a key role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and contributing to the success of the organization.
