Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage and oversee the billing and invoicing process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers using Tally ERP.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing records and ensure timely posting of all transactions.
  • Verify and reconcile billing data, sales orders, and purchase records.
  • Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
