Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling steel pipe products through various channels, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the customer base for a steel pipe dealership. The role requires product knowledge, market awareness, and strong sales and communication skills to build and maintain strong business relationships across industries such as construction, infrastructure, waterworks, and fabrication.
**1. Market Development & Lead Generation**
- Identify potential clients such as contractors, fabricators, builders, plumbers, and industrial customers.
**2. Product Promotion & Sales**
- Promote various types of steel pipes such as MS, GI, ERW, seamless, and galvanized pipes.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and delivery terms to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
**3. Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with the logistics and billing teams.
- Handle after-sales support, including order follow-up, delivery tracking, and resolving complaints.
**4. Marketing Activities**
- Support local marketing campaigns, hoardings, brochures, and flyers.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and local dealer meetings to promote products.
- Collaborate with suppliers or manufacturers for co-branded promotions.
**5. Sales Reporting & Coordination**
- Maintain daily records of visits, calls, inquiries, and sales in CRM or reporting formats.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team for stock availability and delivery timelines.
**6. Competitor & Market Analysis**
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and new products in the local market.
- Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
**Skills & Competencies Required**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in field sales and customer interaction.
- Strong time management and reporting skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
- Preferred: Background in Mechanical/Industrial/Construction sectors.
**Experience**:
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales in building materials, steel products, or industrial goods.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also be considered.
**Other Requirements**:
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler (for local travel).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory or region.
- Target-driven attitude with a passion for field sales.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and projects.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
