Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced SEO Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of both On-Page and Off-Page SEO, a deep understanding of Google algorithms, and proven expertise in leveraging AI-driven SEO strategies and tools for content optimization, keyword clustering, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage advanced SEO strategies across various platforms.
  • Perform technical SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, and content strategy planning.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata to improve crawlability and indexing.
  • Execute and manage link-building campaigns, ensuring high-quality backlinks.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for content optimization, keyword grouping, and reporting efficiency.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-based SEO platforms to monitor performance and generate insights.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Monitor algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed monthly performance reports and present results to stakeholders.
  • Drive results in organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 to 8+ years of proven experience in SEO (both technical and content-focused).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AI SEO strategies and tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT, or similar).
  • Expertise in tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, GTM, and others.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first indexing.
  • Experience with international and local SEO is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and manage client expectations effectively.
