Job Description SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist (with WordPress Expertise) Position Title: SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist Department: Marketing Reports To: Head of Marketing Location: Vyttila, Kochi Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong WordPress and website development expertise to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive measurable business growth. This role combines digital marketing strategy with hands-on website optimization and technical management. The ideal candidate will be both creative and technicalcapable of building, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns while ensuring our website remains a powerful growth engine. Key Responsibilities - SEO & Digital Marketing - Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. - Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis. - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Track KPIs and generate reports on SEO, SEM, and digital marketing performance. - Execute content marketing strategies, email campaigns, and lead-generation funnels. - WordPress & Website Management - Manage and maintain the company's WordPress website including plugin updates, theme customization, and security monitoring. - Implement SEO best practices within the website structure, metadata, and content. - Ensure website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical performance are optimized. - Work with designers and content creators to publish, optimize, and update landing pages, blogs, and campaign assets. - Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers if advanced fixes are needed. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - 03 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing. - Strong expertise in WordPress website management and development (themes, plugins, page builders like Elementor/WPBakery, etc.). - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP is a strong advantage. - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. - Proven track record of running Google Ads and paid social campaigns. - Understanding of website hosting, domains, and basic server management. - Excellent communication and project management skills.
