Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Patient Counsellor
to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional patient care and support throughout their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product sales and patient counselling, with a passion for helping individuals navigate their healthcare options. With an annual salary of 4,00,000, this full-time position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide tailored counselling to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the admission process by guiding patients through necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Promote healthcare products and services, ensuring a clear understanding of benefits and features to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow up on inquiries to ensure satisfaction and support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that address patient concerns.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to educate patients about available services and health management strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in patient care and counselling.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in patient counselling or a related field.
  • Strong skills in product sales and patient care, with a proven track record of successful conversions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes, with a focus on patient advocacy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rotating schedule environment.
  • Proficiency in counselling techniques and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Willingness to work on-site in locations such as Mumbai City, Pune, and Bangalore.
