We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Tech Lead
to drive product development, mentor the engineering team, and take ownership of feature delivery. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to build scalable solutions while ensuring high-quality code and timely releases.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development from design to deployment.
  • Own features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, and Ops).
  • Architect scalable solutions using , , MySQL, and Redis.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS and GCP.
  • Implement and promote best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Guide and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure team growth.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum processes and ensure smooth sprint delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in
