Job Title: Field HR Recruiter Location: Jharkhand (Recruitment Fieldwork) Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field HR Recruiter to join our team in Jharkhand. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field and campus drives across Jharkhand, building strong networks with institutions and community leaders, and sourcing and counseling candidates for job opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable electronics manufacturing unit in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities: Conduct field and campus drives across Jharkhand, including colleges, ITIs, NGOs, and local communitiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with institutions, training centers, and community leadersSource and counsel female candidates regarding job opportunities and relocationCoordinate documentation and joining formalities for selected candidatesProvide daily and weekly recruitment status reports to the HR teamRequirements Requirements: 0 -3 years of experience in recruitment or mobilization (freshers with strong networking skills are also encouraged to apply)Willingness to travel extensively within Jharkhand and outside as requiredBenefits Salary: Fixed + IncentivesTravel Allowance: As per policy
