Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, providing insights and recommendations to ensure successful placements. Candidate Presentation: Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and potential contributions. Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and compensation packages between clients and candidates. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. - 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment. - Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for success. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
