Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collection Agent based in Jaipur. The Debt Collection Agent will be responsible for contacting individuals or companies to recover unpaid or overdue debts. Key tasks include communicating with clients to resolve debt issues, negotiating payment arrangements, monitoring accounts to ensure compliance with payment agreements, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and working collaboratively with team members to meet collection targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Finance and related principles
  • Proficiency with computer systems and tools for managing collection processes
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the financial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable
