Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer Trainer to deliver hands-on training in mobile application development. The trainer will be responsible for guiding students through the fundamentals of Dart, Flutter framework, cross-platform app development, UI/UX integration, and deployment on Android & iOS platforms, ensuring they are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Flutter & Dart programming.
  • Teach students to build cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter.
  • Cover topics including widgets, state management, APIs integration, Firebase, database handling, and app deployment.
  • Guide learners in developing real-world mobile app projects for their portfolio.
  • Design course content, lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, libraries, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum delivery and student engagement.
  • Mentor students for career opportunities and certifications in mobile development.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Flutter SDK and Dart programming language.
  • Experience in building and deploying apps for both Android & iOS.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, SQLite, and third-party libraries/packages.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.
  • Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience in Flutter development.
  • Prior training/teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certifications in Flutter or mobile app development will be an added advantage.
