**Job Description**:
The job posting is for a Flutter Trainer position at Inmakes Learning Hub, which is established by Inmakes Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a leading software firm in Kerala. The main goal of the center is to provide proper IT knowledge and improve the hidden skills of students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training sessions on the Flutter framework to individuals.
- Record classes online and make them available to students.
- Provide hands-on training and demos to students to help them develop their skills.
- Answer questions and provide support to students during and after training sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Flutter framework, and incorporate new information into training sessions.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve training programs.
- Provide feedback and evaluations of student progress to management.
- Strong understanding of the Flutter Framework, and experience in software development and mobile app development.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should have good knowledge of programming concepts and web technologies.

Required Experience:

- Strong understanding of the Flutter framework and its capabilities.
- Experience in software development and programming concepts.
- Experience in mobile app development and relevant tools and technologies.
- Experience teaching or training others on technical topics with strong communication and teaching skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting deadlines.
- Experience working with different types of students, able to understand their level and provide training accordingly.

Technical skills:

- Strong understanding of the Flutter framework
- Experience in software development and mobile app development
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Proficiency in Dart programming language
- Strong understanding of the Flutter framework, its widgets, layouts, animations, and state management
- Experience in mobile app development, Firebase, GraphQL, RESTful APIs
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Familiarity with Git and version control, Agile development methodologies
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting and testing, continuous integration
