Job Summary:We are looking for a Call Center/BPO Executive who will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle pressure efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain customer records and update data in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts and adherence to call center guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department if required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and service levels.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi / English or regional languages.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools (preferred)
