Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter & Fabricator Trainer to train and guide students at our Skill Development Centre in Perumbavoor. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in pipe fitting and fabrication, along with the ability to instruct and supervise trainees effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions in pipe fitting and fabrication.
• Demonstrate safe and efficient use of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Guide trainees in developing technical skills as per industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workshop discipline.
• Maintain training materials, tools, and machinery in good condition.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with the Centre Supervisor and management for smooth training operations.
• Prepare training reports, attendance records, and skill assessments.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Fitter trade.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pipe fitting, fabrication
• Strong practical knowledge in fabrication, welding, and fitting operations.
• Good communication and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in a training institute or skill development project will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
