Role & responsibilities

1.Responsible for planning, catering, stock arrangement to deliver the best quality of feasting for all.

2.Responsible for not only to make profits to the restaurant or company but also to improve the excellence of the food and beverage services in the establishment.

3.Ability to solve the various problems posed during the preparation and serving of the dishes.

4.Functioning the entire reception of food and beverages without any delays and glitches.

5.Planning the various events and deciding on the perfect menu for the customers likes.

6.Keeping good relations with regular diners to maintain the restaurants image.

7.Assessing the culinary landscape and providing strategies for popularizing the restaurant.

8.Managing and meeting the financial budgets assigned for the sector.Keeping up with the latest trends and culinary experiments of the day.

9.Retaining good associations with merchants, vendors, and grocery producers who help in stocking supplies for the restaurant or organization.

10.Conducting inventory and other parts included.

Preferred candidate profile

Culinary degree is preferred

  • Modest familiarity with working on Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to forecast how much food is needed
  • Ability to delegate tasks
  • Great leadership abilities
  • Deep knowledge of the food industry
