About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities and handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources with exposure to both people and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding processes – collecting documents, creating employee profiles, and ensuring smooth joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers..
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, and other documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks – stationery, vendor coordination, and office upkeep.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.
  • Address employee queries and provide administrative support where needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
