Job Title: Social Media Marketing Lead / Digital Marketing Specialist*

About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing Professional who can take full ownership of client social media accounts — from ideation to execution.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in *content creation, campaign planning, analytics, and AI-assisted content ideation.* You'll be responsible for building strong brand identities online and ensuring consistent growth and engagement across platforms.

This role suits someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about blending creativity, AI tools, and marketing strategy to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end social media presence for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Plan and execute monthly content calendars— including AI-assisted ideation for posts, reels, carousels, and stories.

Collaborate with the design and copy team to ensure content quality aligns with client branding and goals.

Write creative briefs, captions, and campaign copy optimized for engagement.

Analyze audience insights and competitor performance to shape content strategies.

Plan and manage social media ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on engagement and lead generation.

Monitor and report key metrics like reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions.

Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, Notion AI, etc.)for ideation, caption writing, and trend analysis.

Maintain consistent client communication, providing updates, reports, and data-backed insights.

Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and creative best practices.

Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain the highest quality standard.

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience* in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of brand storytelling, content strategy, and social trends.

Hands-on experience in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Metricool).

Proficiency in AI tools for content ideation and caption generation.

Basic design knowledge and familiarity with *Canva or Adobe tools.

Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.

Certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing are a plus.
