Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary CTO to spearhead our technological innovation and product strategy. You will lead the design, research, and development of cutting-edge Robotics & AI kits, advanced robots, and engaging K–12 & college-level curricula—driving transformation in education through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research & Development in Robotics, AI, IoT, AR/VR, and related technologies.
  • Design and develop innovative learning products—from school-level kits to advanced college projects.
  • Create engaging, future-ready curriculum aligned with NEP 2020 for students from Grade 1 to higher education.
  • Train and upskill delivery teams to ensure high-quality curriculum implementation.
  • Mentor students on innovative projects, competitions, and career-oriented learning paths.
  • Oversee development of capstone projects and real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with educators, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful tech solutions.
  • Keep WHIZROBO at the cutting edge of educational technology trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Robotics, AI, Embedded Systems, and Product Development.
  • Strong background in education technology, curriculum design, and student engagement.
  • Leadership experience in managing R\&D, training teams, and mentoring learners.
  • Passion for transforming education and empowering young minds.
