Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and counsel walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable slimming programs and treatments.
  • Conduct consultations and explain clinic services, packages, and benefits in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Follow up on leads (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries) to ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of client details, consultations, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth execution of treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated on slimming treatments, offers, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales/counselling in slimming, wellness, healthcare, or beauty industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive selling ability.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office/CRM knowledge).
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude and pleasing personality.
