Role & responsibilities

The main responsibility consists of achieving Business targets set, which includes-broking revenue along with cross-selling, third party products & in house products launched by Sharekhan time to time, servicing to existing/ new acquired clients of Sharekhan One segment. Also generate advisory & operational issues & give timely solutions which will play a differentiator for this segment.

To Gaurentee:

  • To achieve revenue target through broking & cross selling products launched by Sharekhan.
  • Generate interest income.
  • Understanding of clients profile & suggesting Portfolio/Asset allocation.
  • Brokerage revenue/ Asset gathering/ interest income as per target set for Sharekhan One.
  • Effective & seamless client handling
    • To improve & maintain client activity ratio by activating clients across segments.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Fluency in local language is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and must be a team player
  • Must be process oriented and must be willing to learn and adapt
  • Self motivated
