Job Summary:

The Admission Executive is responsible for generating student admissions through home visits, student and parent counselling, follow-ups, and relationship building. The role involves meeting with prospective students and parents at their homes, explaining courses, resolving queries, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to meet prospective students and parents for counselling
  • Explain details of courses, curriculum, fees, and institutional facilities
  • Understand student interests and suggest appropriate courses/programs
  • Address concerns, doubts, and objections regarding admissions
  • Guide parents and students through the complete admission process
  • Collect and verify required documents for admission
  • Follow up on interested candidates through calls, messages, and visits
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversion status
  • Build strong relationships with local schools and communities
  • Participate in admission campaigns, fairs, and promotional events
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
  • Provide regular reports to the management on progress
  • Maintain professional and ethical conduct during all visits

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and counselling skills
  • Ability to build trust with students and parents
  • Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable with travelling for home visits
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of local area and schools is an added advantage
  • Fluency in English and local language is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
