ob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to support data management, analysis, and reporting functions for our FMCG manufacturing unit. The role involves managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that support operations, production planning, inventory management, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all relevant production, sales, inventory, and dispatch data in MIS systems.
  • Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for production, raw material consumption, wastage, packaging, stock, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and procurement teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and automated tools to provide management with real-time data and trends.
  • Analyze plant efficiency, downtime, rejection rates, and other KPIs for operations improvement.
  • Identify and report anomalies, discrepancies, or deviations from planned vs. actual performance.
  • Support the finance and accounts team with costing and reconciliation data as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business, IT, or any relevant field (Bachelor's degree minimum).
  • 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Data Management, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), MS Access, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of production and inventory management processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI / Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP / Tally / other ERP tools used in FMCG co.
