Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

As we continue to expand our digital footprint and strengthen our brand storytelling, we are looking for a talented and fashion-savvy Content Writer & Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to create compelling written content while also leading our social media strategy and execution—playing a key part in how our brand connects with its audience online.

Key Responsibilities Content Writing & Editing

• Create engaging, original content for product descriptions, fashion blogs, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and website pages.
• Edit and proofread all content for clarity, tone, grammar, and brand consistency.
• Align all written content with the company's fashion-forward voice and target audience.

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and schedule posts, Reels, and Stories that align with seasonal trends and campaigns.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
• Monitor trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.

SEO & Analytics

• Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines using relevant keywords and best practices.
• Track performance metrics for content and social media (reach, engagement, growth) and report insights for improvement.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.
• Contribute to and manage a dynamic content calendar, ensuring timely delivery across all channels.

Fashion & Market Research

• Stay up to date with global and Indian fashion trends, cultural moments, and industry developments to inform content creation.
• Research competitors and audience behavior to identify content gaps and new opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Fashion Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing—ideally within the fashion or e-commerce space.
• Writing Skills: Excellent command of English with a flair for storytelling, fashion-forward copy, and attention to tone and style.
• Editing Skills: Strong editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of platform-specific content formats and trends, with hands-on experience using scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of keyword optimization and content ranking principles.
• Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace, CMS platforms (like WordPress or Shopify), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Creativity & Passion: A deep interest in fashion, content innovation, and digital storytelling.
